Very nice hotel with easy access to the city. It is not super close, but there are plenty of sidewalks and whatnot so you can walk to Old Town with no issue. Plus, Ubers are relatively inexpensive in Poland so that's an option too. The hotel is nice and well kept and there is a grocery across the street. They will also let you drop off your bags before check in!

The pizza and pasta in the restaurant was lush. The staff in the restaurant were very kind and went the extra mile various times, both during breakfast and during dinner.
Receptionist in the hotel are lovely, but a bit more attention wouldn't go a miss. I recommend this hotel. Central location. Good food. Amazing beds. Lovely view. Thank you!
The staff is friendly, the girl at the reception immediately gave a map with local attractions and noted where the hotel is located. Within walking distance from the center 15-20 minutes
The rooms are clean. Cozy. One bad thing was a very cruel mattress. Tea, espresso, mini bar in the room. The bathroom has a bunch of towels and there is an electric dryer. The rest is according to the standard. We were also pleased with shoe cleaning wipes!!

They didn't offer help to carry my cases up the stairs despite me being partially disabled.
Despite advertising restaurant and bar, they are usually closed and when open only have pizza. It would be fine if the advertising did not so mislead.
Clean, cosy room, friendly and helpful staff.
Great location- near the old town and the castle is just aroud the corner.
+ Minibar with some softdrinks as well as coffemaker in the room.
- Noise from the street, mainly tram noises.
- Soap in the shower and in the bathroom was not practical - when squeezing the bottle it cames out a way too much soap.
